If you planned your own wedding or just need someone to do the delegating and finishing touches of the event, WE CAN DO THAT FOR YOU! Pass over your to do list and day of task and we will help ensure your event goes as planned from start to finish. Coordinator will assist with the following:

Maintaining the brides schedule of events.

Organizing guest seating for the wedding and the reception.

Help with delegating task for decorations.

Help with Vendor assignments and set locations.

Help with wedding props (Unity candles, sand, and etc.)

Help with music and lighting timing if needed.

Act as door greeter and check in guest at meet-ups and networking events.

Organize and manage guest list.
Coordinator will meet with you or your designated event planner the week before the event to receive their task.
